Shipping Policy
We work hard to secure the most affordable shipping prices, which will be made available after an order is placed. While some of our products are made to order, others are ready for shipping right away. The description of each item will state whether it is in stock or made to order. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped out within 2 business days of being received. If there are any issues with supplies or anything else, we'll email you right away. Days of operation are Tuesday through Friday, except on holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unexpected things can happen. We sincerely apologize if an item arrives broken. Although we acknowledge that accidents can occur, we have no control over how carriers will handle the packages once they have left our hands. We try to pack and secure your belongings as securely as possible to prevent damage and other problems. Please make sure to get in touch with us right away if your package is damaged. You can do this by taking pictures of the damaged items and the packaging from all angles and emailing them to support@tealandblush.com. We won't accept returns, but we'll try our best to make it right by replacing any broken or damaged items and providing you with instructions on how to do so.
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges.
There will be no refunds given.
