Unexpected things can happen. Although we acknowledge that accidents can occur, we have no control over how carriers will handle the packages once they have left our hands. We try to pack and secure your belongings as securely as possible to prevent damage and other problems. We sincerely apologize if an item arrives broken. Please make sure to get in touch with us right away if your package is damaged. You can do this by taking pictures of the damaged items and the packaging from all angles and emailing them to Support@tealandblusheclectic.com. We won't accept returns, but we'll try our best to make it right by replacing any broken or damaged items and providing you with instructions on how to do so. We do not accept cancellations or exchanges. There will be no refunds given.
